The NICEIC customer portal is moving to a new platform. It has a fresh new look and improved functionality, making it quicker and easier to manage your NICEIC account. From 1 October, main account contacts and existing portal billing contacts will receive an email invitation to access the new NICEIC customer portal. Once logged in, main contacts can give other authorised contacts in their business access to the portal.
To support the move to the new portal, the current customer portal will be unavailable from 17:00 on 25 September until 1 October.
